To accentuate the commercial advantages of domestic rice in the baking industry and let consumers to learn of the latest information on rice flour processing and commercially available rice products, the Agriculture and Food Agency will set up the "Rice Bakery Boutique Pavilion" to showcase strictly selected new-style rice products that are mass produced with domestic rice or rice flour. Exhibited products will include items such as traceable rice flour, rice muffin flour, rice noodles, rice cakes, rice pudding and rice biscuits. As rice flour has the natural advantages of good water retention, low oil absorption and smooth taste after gelatinization, it can help improve the quality of bakery products and reduce the use of food additives! Famous bakers will be invited to teach baking with rice flour on site every day. You are welcome to take part in this event.
