Tempering: Automatically adjust water bath to setting temperature. You can inject cold and hot water to accelerate the process.
Heat preservation: Constant water bath temperature keeps the chocolate liquid.
Mold filling: The rotating plate carries the chocolate to the spout in order to fill the mold.
