Nakazawa Milk Products Co., Ltd originated in the turbulent years at the beginning of the Meiji era and the founding of Japan. Before producing fresh cream, Nakazawa started as a milk manufacturer. The founder, "Sojiro Nakazawa ", chose to open a ranch near Shimbashi Station in Tokyo to make fresh milk. With the growing trend for European and American food, the demand for whipped cream from embassies and restaurants increased. In the Taisho era, a new machine was invented to produce whipped cream with high cream content to expand the field of desserts. In the early Showa era, products like strawberry whipped cream cake were born.
