HM-688 is a Chinese steamed meat bun machine, adopting rolling and stuffing method, which preserve the fluffy texture. First, the dough will be rolled into wrapping sheet by automatic dough sheeter. Then, the wrapper will be put on the dough conveyor of HM-688 for further production. The dough will be rolled into appropriate thickness, and then wrapping up the filling extruded on the wrapper by a rolling pin. Moreover, the weight, size, and proportion of the skin and filling are adjustable. Finally, the filled roll will be formed into balls and buns by encrusting shutter. With optional cutter, molds and detachable filling feeder, HM-688 can make vegan buns, steamed breads (mantou) and duck buns, bao buns (gua bao), biscuit sticks and more. Preserving the elasticity of leavened dough, HM-688 can create buns with handmade texture. Additionally, HM-688 can serve as a stuffed bread processing machine for savory bread, custard bread, red bean bread and more.
