This is the first step after mixing, in the manufacturing process of dough.
The continuos kneading machine uses a special continuous folding design to stretch the dough,
The machine special design, which includes 2 sets of 6-rollers, and a continuous style folding system, throughout the whole process of the dough, including folding, conveying, pressing, dusting, extruding, and turn off the equipment, to guarantee that the gluten formation in the dough is right, giving better surface finish and elasticity.
