1. The steam automatically adds and drains water. When the set cooking time is over, an alarm will sound. If the water levels go below recommended levels, the machine will automatically shut down to prevent the burning of the steamer.
2.Automatic flame control: once the set temperature is achieved, the machine will automatically reduce the flame.If the temperature goes below the set value, the flame size is automatically increased and maintained until the temperature is reached.
3.Automatic water intake and drainage setting. The steamer will shut-off automatically is the water levels are too low.
4. If the control panel is broken, the equipment can be used on manual operation. Thus there is no downtime due to breakage of the control unit.
5. Doors include abrasion resistant pads, patented pressure handles, ensure air-tight closure of the door and preventing any steam leakage.
