Yuli Township in Hualien County, known for its "Antong Hot Springs", is a key hub for cultivating Angelica sinensis (Danggui). Thanks to the sandy soil and rich organic matter in the Antong Hot Springs mountainous area in Hualien, coupled with pristine water quality, it is the ideal environment for the growth of Angelica sinensis. However, the application of Angelica sinensis stems and leaves is limited, especially in baking, where it is quite rare. This product utilizes high-quality Angelica sinensis harvested in Hualien along with domestically produced rice flour to create a unique rice cake. The aromatic essence of Angelica sinensis adds a subtle fragrance, complemented by the slight herbal notes from the leaves, making the rice cake elegantly fragrant and nutritionally rich!
