The French brand Minoterie Bourseau was founded in 1825 and has a history of over 100 years. The family has been engaged in the milling industry and has passed down through six generations to preserve their passion and technology. They grind carefully selected wheat into the highest quality flour, which is highly recognized by professional chefs and customers.
The first roller milling machine updated in 2010 is used to make CRC wheat flour and Bourseau T65 traditional red label flour. The second machine is dedicated to the production of organic flour: wheat, rye and Spelt. The stone mill produces Bourseau T80 stone-milled wheat flour, T150 French wheat stone-milled whole flour, organic wheat and buckwheat flour. In order to provide professional bakers with more practical technical information, a experimental baking kitchen is set up near the factory to continue technical exchange and training with professional masters. At the same time, Minoterie Bourseau is also committed to product improvement and workflow rationalization. While completing good quality bakery products, we also improve bakery production efficiency.
