The HM-797 is an innovative machine designed to address the challenge of producing "oil pastry" products, a limitation of traditional dumpling machines. Unlike conventional models, the HM-797 features a vertical dough conveyor structure, which significantly reduces the breakage of dough’s gluten, ensuring the integrity and texture of the dough, particularly for delicate oil pastry products.

Another key feature of this machine is its 3D molding die system, which allows for double-sided forming of dumplings. This solves the limitation of traditional dumpling machines that can only provide a single-sided shape after passing through a rolling blade, greatly improving the product's appearance and production efficiency.
