As Pontis Vieiru Extra Virgin Olive Oil is organically certified by the European Union. It carefully selects the precious olive varieties Cacerena, which is produced in the Gata Mountains in northern Spain. Cacerena has better antioxidant effects and rich fruit aromas. The taste is sweet and slightly bitter, which is a smooth and balanced olive oil.
As Pontis Vieiru Olive oil has less than 0.2% acidity, can be used for drinking, drizzling on the salads and/or desserts (ice cream, pastries, cakes)
Because the smoking point is 220 degrees, it is also suitable for frying and cooking.
The special strong fruity scent is a characteristic of the Black Label Extra Virgin Olive Oil, with a fruity aroma of bananas, apples, kiwis and green tomatoes; you can taste the smell of artichoke and fresh vegetables in after taste.
