For baking industry operators, the increase in the number of stores creates market influence and also builds many standardized processes. In order to shorten the production process of each store while maintaining a stable taste for each production, the raw materials are usually packaged first and then distributed to each store for subsequent procedures such as product production. However, weighing, mixing and sorting ingredients are time-consuming and labor-intensive. For manufacturers, this operation can be said to be their most troublesome and important task. Our company designed this equipment based on the consideration that the industry does not want to leak confidential formulas and reduce manpower and time costs. The automatic powder batching and packaging machine belongs to our powder and granule series. Its main feature is that there are three sets of independent quantitative powder trays on the upper layer, and the measuring cups inside the powder trays are customized according to the customer's specifications. Each set of powder trays can independently adjust the capacity to be filled once; at the same time, the measuring cup customized according to the customer's capacity is used to quantify each bag of powder. The user only needs to put the raw materials to be packaged into the material barrel.
