Our pure lard, scallion(shallot) crisps, and scallion(shallot) oil can be used in products such as scallion(shallot) bread, mung bean pastries, meat pies, savory egg cakes, and egg yolk pastries. Adhering to a spirit of no additives, we continually create high-quality scallion products that satisfy our customers. We insist on not using low-priced scallion(shallot) crisps from china, instead exclusively using fresh shallot. Our products are also exported to regions like Japan, Australia, and the United States.
