Dedicated to showcasing Taiwan’s characters through its pastries, Chanchauku not only creates fresh milk cheesecakes and other dairy desserts but also makes wide use of local ingredients such as peanuts, sweet potatoes, Murcott oranges, and Taiwan rice to develop a variety of breads, pastries, and gift items.
