He founded the brand 「Vanilla Knight」 evolving from a dessert artisan into a dedicated vanilla cultivator and researcher. Our mission is to produce premium vanilla beans in Taiwan and build a complete flavor system from plantation to pastry. 『Vanilla Farmer』 is a sub-brand of『 Vanilla Knight 』, responsible for vanilla cultivation and raw material supply. Vanilla Knight is the only dessert and vanilla specialty brand in Taiwan that owns its own vanilla plantation. Its products are trusted by professional bakeries and pastry chefs worldwide.
