Designed specifically for establishments with high meal demands, this model maintains a gas consumption rate of 0.64 kilograms per hour, equivalent to approximately NT$18 per hour. With a cooking width of 93 centimeters, twice the width of PY-600, it can bake three 10 to 12-inch pizzas at once. Similarly, it features a detachable stove platform for added convenience, enabling direct access to cooking and seasoning at the stove.
Utilizing up to nine patented core technologies from Taiwan, China, and the United States, spanning from the stove shell to its interior, this model showcases two prominent fireball burners maintaining a constant temperature of 900 degrees Celsius. Within an ambient temperature range of 500 to 600 degrees Celsius, the steel plate at the bottom reaches a maximum temperature of 420 degrees Celsius.
Featuring a mirror-finished stainless steel interior, this stove utilizes far-infrared radiation to facilitate comprehensive heat radiation and penetration of ingredients, eliminating the need for excessive seasoning while preserving the natural flavors and moisture of food.
