1.ND-C60E is specially used for coffee and tea packaging. Its overall compact design structure realizes the automatic one-time production of inner and outer bags. 2. The inner bag is sealed with ultrasound, which is firmly sealed; There are two advantages compared with traditional heat sealing and cold sealing: a. There is no product residue in the high-frequency vibration sealing part, and the sealing seam is firm; The influence of the hot air effect on product quality is avoided. The ultrasonic sealing seam is very narrow, almost a straight line, which can effectively save the cost of packaging materials, and each bag can save at least 5-10 mm of packaging materials.
3. Packaging material suggestions: PET yarn, nylon yarn, corn fiber, non-woven fabric or filter paper in the inner bag according to different needs. Outer bag material: pure aluminum composite film to ensure the effective storage of the product.
