ND-C80E Automatic Hanging Ear Inner and Outer Bag Integrated Coffee Packing Machine is a new generation of packaging machine designed according to market demand and international first-class brand standards. Features:
1. The machine can complete the functions of belt making, measuring, filling, nitrogen flushing, sealing, cutting, counting, printing QR code and so on.
2. There are three sets of servo systems to control the inner bag film pulling, horizontal sealing and bag clamping movement respectively to achieve accurate film pulling, bag feeding and sealing. The former is made of a special mold, and the bag shape is smooth and natural, without defects such as stretch marks and crepes.
3. The machine is equipped with multiple sensors, accurate positioning, and will automatically alarm and stop in the case of no material, empty inner bag, empty outer bag, no film, insufficient air pressure, temperature deviation, etc., to avoid the waste of material and packaging materials.
4. The feeding system meets the standards of food GMP, and is equipped with vibration and stirring devices to prevent coffee powder from agglomerating and improve the measurement accuracy; It effectively solves the problem of material cleaning.
5. Unique nitrogen filling design, the residual oxygen content in the bag is still less than 0.7% in the high-speed production state, so that the coffee is fresh and lasts longer.
6. Adopt Mitsubishi, Omron, Yaskawa, Panasonic, Schneider and other internationally renowned components to ensure long-term stable operation. The packaging speed is more than 20% higher than that of peers.

The system adopts PLC control, which can realize remote control by mobile phone, and can be connected with the upper and lower process equipment such as feeding machine and cartoning machine to work together to realize the automation of the whole process. It can be connected to ERP and MEC production management systems.
