We carry out the entire process from packaging of Yokan and jelly in a full line.
Custom-made is possible according to requests such as automatic insertion of outer box,
interlocking with belt conveyor, automatic folding, shelf life printing and so on.
Sanitary risk is reduced by adopting all stainless steel.
Application：Production of mini yokan(jellied sweet bean paste bar);Pocket yokan and jelly.
With some specification changes, it can be produced with
different sizes of different sizes.
It can be used for wrapping only solids.(For Cupcakes, Japanese Cakes etc.)
Features:Katahisado Originality bag・Filling and sealing of pouches (gasseted bag) of
various materials can be used.
Special nozzle is inserted into the pouch for filling(no dripping after filling is completed)
Airtight sealing can be achieved by tow-step
sealing stations enabling inner-fold
and outer-fold sealing features.
