Leading automated food machinery manufacturer Hundred Machinery will make a strong appearance at the 2026 Taipei International Bakery & Equipment Show. Celebrating its 30th anniversary, the company will unveil new equipment and innovative food applications, demonstrating the strength of MIT (Made in Taiwan) manufacturing while continuing to expand its presence in the Asian food filling equipment market.

In recognition of this milestone, Hundred Machinery will showcase its latest highlight product, “Golden Horse Prosperity Cake”, at the show from March 12 to 15 (Booth No. K116). The product is produced using the HM-599 Automatic Encrusting Machine equipped with a 3D shaping system, capable of creating an adorable three-dimensional horse-shaped mung bean cake in just one second — symbolizing progress, growth, and good fortune in the Year of the Horse.

Also featured at the booth will be Taiwan’s favorite delicacy — strawberry-flavored custard mochi — produced with the company’s popular HM-168 automatic Encrusting Machine, delivering fast, stable, and consistent production. During the exhibition, Hundred Machinery will conduct eight live machine demonstrations per day, fully showcasing its 3D forming technology and precise filling capabilities. These demonstrations highlight how traditional pastries can be upgraded into high-value products with improved efficiency, quality consistency, and aesthetic appeal, helping manufacturers develop differentiated product offerings.
