After repeated trials and comparisons, we focused on Korean baking ingredients—delicate, consistent, and understated, yet resilient to time and temperature. Our flour, imported from Korea and supplied to professional bakers, doesn't strive for overly elaborate presentations, but rather focuses on maintaining a stable dough consistency throughout daily baking, resulting in a natural and pleasant texture in the final product. We also carefully select pollack from Korea, meticulously processing it into dried fish using a roasting method. Rich in protein, low in fat and carbohydrates, it's ideal as a daily snack during weight management, a safe choice for children's nutritional supplementation, or a perfect accompaniment to a drink, making it a popular and well-received product.
