The composite MCCS multifunctional automated dough production line adopts a highly integrated intelligent control system and a modular structural design, allowing flexible configuration of process units according to different product characteristics. It fully supports the automated production of both Chinese and Western dough products, including buns, mantou, pastries, toast bread, European-style bread, pizza, and a wide range of other products. Centered on a multi-station continuous processing concept, the line covers key operations such as mixing, fermentation, dividing, shaping, and forming, and can be expanded or adjusted based on production capacity requirements to ensure consistent specifications and stable product quality. Specifically designed for large-scale automated mass production factories, the system significantly improves production efficiency and yield while reducing labor dependence and operating costs, helping enterprises build a highly efficient, standardized, and flexible modern manufacturing line.
